Sunday, October 18th, Main St Block Party
We are very excited to be participating in this year’s Main Street Block Party and Day of the Dog event on Sunday, October 18th, from 12-6pm. Our booth will be outside the official Festival Beer Garden in the Ashland Hill parking lot.
There will be music, classic cars, a beer garden, kids activities, the farmers market, Day of the Dog and much more.
Help Raise funds for us
At this year’s event when you purchase a ticket to the Official Festival Beer Garden $8 from every $10 ticket sold will be donated to us. Their goal is to raise $4,000 to help the animals at the shelter.
Huge thank you to the Main Street Business Improvement Association for selecting us as this year’s charity and including us in this wonderful event.

June 6th, 2026 Annual Fundraiser
Our fifth Annual Santa Monica Animal Shelter Foundation Fundraiser was on Saturday, June 6th 2026, from 12-3 at the Santa Monica Animal Shelter.
Thanks to your support it was our most successful fundraiser to date. We are an all volunteer run nonprofit and are only able to help the animals at the Santa Monica Animal Shelter thanks to the support from our community. We are very grateful to everyone who joined us, adopted, donated, volunteered and helped to make the day a successful fundraiser and a very fun afternoon. This year we also celebrated six years of the Santa Monica Animal Shelter Foundation.

At the fundraiser:
Tour the shelter and meet the animals waiting to be adopted, animals had reduced adoption fees and our friend, former Mayor Gleam Davis, sponsored the first two animals adopted at the event.
For a small donation you could win fantastic prizes from our raffle.
